PokerPrism ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PokerPrism mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from your Google account. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or other Google services.
If you sign in with Apple, we receive the email address you choose to share (which may be a private relay address). We do not access any other Apple account data.
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement security rules that restrict database access to authenticated users viewing only their own data. Subscription activation can only be performed by our server-side functions, not by the client app.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your information is stored and processed in the United States via Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
